Special Event - Anti-Bullying Week

16 to 20 November 2015

As a school we involved all classes in various anti-bullying activities throughout the entire week.

Our children had a week of activities from competitions, assemblies and various activities within the classroom to address bullying in and out of school.

All our lucky winners have won book vouchers. The badge winner has seen his work converted to a real badge and every member of staff and child has received a badge. The lucky children of the t-shirt design competition will see their designs converted to real life size t-shirts ready for our display.

In our Friday Assembly, School Council members addressed the parents, staff and pupils. We also had our newly selected Playground Leaders and Buddies do a little sketch to show what they have been learning during their training on how to be an effective Playground Buddy/Leader.

Mrs Hinton our head teacher started the week with a clear definition of Bullying.
On Monday afternoon we had an E-Safety Workshop for parents.
