Special Event - Vocations Week

13 to 17 February 2017

During Vocations Week lots of people came to visit our school to discuss their jobs. We had visits from firemen, PCSO’s, nurses, police officers, librarians, PE teacher, music teachers and a French teacher. They all told us their story and how they became to be in the job they chose.

In class the children thought about what they would like to be when they are older. They then wrote about what they want to be when they grow up and some children read this out in our vocations assembly and shared it with the rest of the school.

Year 3 and Year 1 have a great week thinking about their calling from God and listening to our visitors discuss their vocations.
