HAF Swimming Lesson Offer

Sandwell Leisure Trust in partnership with Sandwell Public Health will be offering half price swimming lessons for children who qualify for the HAF scheme*

*Available for children in receipt of benefit related free school meals. **Eligible customers can benefit from half price lessons for 3 months. Spaces are limited.

Eligible customers will need to attend a leisure centre to sign up to the scheme and will need to bring proof of HAF eligibility.

Criteria

Programme is for anyone who works, lives and has a GP in Sandwell

BMI is 25 and above, adjusted to BMI 23 for residents of Black African, African-Caribbean and Asian origin

Adults 18 plus

Referrals ideally to go through Healthy Sandwell but residents can book themselves on through the links provided
